Here's how to order on HP's store (please note that this site can only accept orders for UK delivery).
When you place your first order through HP's store you will be asked to register, providing your contact, billing and shipping information so that we can complete your order and contact you if there is any problem with it.
As you go through your first ordering process you will have the opportunity to create an account by providing a user name, your email address and a password you choose. The contact, billing and shipping information you provide will be securely stored for future visits, except for credit card information, which is stored only for as long as we need it to process and complete your orders effectively. This means you'll need to provide credit card information afresh each time you order. None of your information will be shared with any company other than HP and its business partners involved in supplying and shipping your order. These business partners are committed not to use your data for any purpose other than HP store orders. our data for any purpose other than HP Store orders.
The contact and shipping information you provided will appear on the appropriate pages for you to review and edit. You will have the opportunity to change any of this information at any time. Once you have registered, this will speed your ordering process on future visits and allow you to track your orders online.
Registered customers
If you are already registered as a customer on the HP business store and log in before you start shopping, you can accelerate your checkout. We can take your shipping and contact information already stored to make ordering easier and quicker. You will, however, still have to provide your credit card information because we do not store this information beyond the period needed when it is needed to process orders.
Please note that your order will not actually be placed until you click the SUBMIT ORDER button in step 2, so you will have a chance to review your order. Remember to print a copy for your records.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledgement message, including your order number, which confirms that we have received your order. It does not at this stage confirm acceptance - your order may still be going through verification or credit checks. You will receive a further e-mail message once your order has been accepted. These e-mails also include the phone number for our customer service centre. If you have any questions about your order, you can call our customer service centre at 0845 604 29 21 between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (local call rates apply), for assistance.
Selecting items
As you are shopping, add any items you are considering buying to your shopping basket by clicking the checkbox next to the item and then clicking the ADD TO CART button. You can remove it later if you decide you don't want it after all. Each product will show a description, a price (excluding VAT and delivery charges) and availability. You will also be able to see complementary products, accessories and support packs.
Checkout
When you are ready to check out, click on "view shopping basket" in the left navigation bar. You will be presented with a list of the items you've selected and the price for each item, including VAT. On this page, you will have the opportunity to remove or change the quantity of any item in the basket. To proceed, click the CHECKOUT button.
You will then be taken through 3 easy steps to place your order:
Step 1: review your order details (at this point you'll see shipping added). It's a good idea to print a copy of this summary for your records.
Step 2: choose payment method and enter payment/credit data
Step 3: place your order (and receive an order number)
Prices and value added tax information
Individual product prices shown on the HP business store do not include VAT: VAT at 15% is added to your shopping basket total at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver only to UK destinations. Standard delivery for those products shown as available from stock will be next working day for orders received and accepted before 4 p.m. For remote or offshore destinations delivery will normally be within 72 hours from order acceptance. In the case of products that are built to order, approximate delivery is indicated on the page where the computer is configured. This is generally 12 working days from confirmation of the order but can be longer subject to the availability of specific components. You will receive an order acceptance from us by e-mail once we have satisfactorily verified your payment details.
For those products which are not immediately available from stock, an approximate availability is shown alongside the product description. These products can be ordered and will be delivered as soon as they are available. You will be notified when your order is ready for delivery.
Delivery charges are based upon the value of your order and are calculated as follows. Order values less than £500.00 ... £4.99. Order values more than £500.00 and less than £1000.00 ... £29.99. Order values more than £1000.00 and less than £2500.00 ... £49.99. Order values over £2500.00 ... £69.99. From time to time, we will have free shipping offers, and these will be advertised on the store, and automatically applied to your shopping basket.

Purchase/payment options
You have the following options when ordering from the hp store for business:
use your credit or debit card: we accept Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, and American Express credit cards, and Switch or Visa/Delta debit cards. The total order value will be charged to your card when we ship your order, or 6 days after the order has been accepted, whichever occurs first. The approximate shipment time is shown when you place your order. If you cancel an order after 6 days, but before we have released shipment, your card will be refunded.
We use your credit or debit card details exclusively for processing your order, and we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocols to encrypt your data in order to ensure security.
order on 30 day credit terms and electronic funds transfer: HP offers 30 day credit terms to UK registered companies, and to central and local government entities, subject to verification of satisfactory company & credit status. "UK registered companies" means those companies registered at Companies House. We will ask you for company data which will allow us to process your credit application. Please make sure that you give us correct and accurate details. Any order which does not meet these criteria cannot be accepted.
You will receive e-mail notification of the acceptance or non-acceptance of your order. In the event that we cannot offer your organisation credit terms, we invite you tore-enter the order with an alternative payment method (i.e. credit/debit card or prepayment)
Once your order has been credit approved and released for shipment, you will receive an invoice from us. Payment is due, as a single payment for the full invoice amount, within 30 calendar days: the due date is printed on your invoice date. You may pay
by electronic funds transfer, quoting the reference number shown

Log in with your username and password, view your order status. You'll see displayed all your outstanding orders, and their current status. Alternatively, call 0845 604 29 21 9am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday to speak to a customer service agent.
Canceling/changing your order
To cancel or change your order, please call our customer service agents {LANG:post_sales_number} 9am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Please note that we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been released for shipment. In the case of products that are built to order, changes in product configuration or to address details can be made subject to HP approval. Customers will not be able to cancel such order once accepted by HP as the products are non-standard.
Order by phone
We are happy to take your order over the phone instead of online, if you prefer. Please call our UK sales centre on 0845 270 4215 between 9 am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (local call rates apply), where one of our customer agents will take you through the process.
Logging in & out
Once you've registered, login with your username and password each time you return to the store, and we'll retrieve all your profile information (except credit or debit card details) for easy checkout. If you order by phone, ask your agent for your username and password, so that you can visit the store in future to place repeat orders or check your order status.

Windows 7 Professional disk may be included for future upgrade if desired. To qualify for this downgrade an end user must be a business (including governmental or educational institutions) and is expected to order annually at least 25 customer systems with the same custom image.
